It's extremely fast and does an excellent job of cleaning my two-bedroom apartment. Carpet detection boosts power automatically when it comes into contact with rugs, and the two side brushes help draw out debris from corners.

The mopping efficiency, while still impressive, is not as impressive. The mop rotates quickly and utilizes 2.2lbs to clean dirt and stain. I've noticed that the front arms stick out slightly more than other robots, which can be helpful for getting into tight corners and automatic vacuum cleaner on baseboards. The front arms can also be used to collect larger pieces of debris, such as books and toys that have been damaged.

Another great feature is that the S1 Pro is one of the quietest robot vacuums and mop I've ever tried. It is quieter and doesn't produce as much noise when mopping or vacuuming. The S1 Pro is only limited by the fact that it needs to use a mopping solution that is proprietary and is sold separately. It is easy to set up and performs well. However, if you are buying this robot vacuum for mopping you must pay attention to this.

The X1 Omni robot vacuum is the most expensive of our review. However, it has certain unique features that make it worth considering. The X1 Omni is most well-known for its enormous dock that serves as an charging base for the robot vacuums that mop, a cleaning sink and two 4-liter water tanks. It also houses the 2.5-liter dust bin as well as a 2.5 dust bin that is 2.5 liters.

Another issue that could be a problem is the X1 Omni's inability to automatically switch between vacuuming and mopping modes during a cleaning session. You'll need to manually swap between the two modes, which isn't a big deal except for the fact that mopping pads haven't been cleaned and dried between use, which can lead to mildew or mold.

On the positive side the X1 Omni is a beautiful-looking robot thanks to the design team at Jacob Jensen (of Bang & Olufsen fame) who conceptualized its modern, sleek base and mopping pad. It's a big contrast to the basic black bases of rivals like Roborock or iRobot. It's also an impressive sight in an industry dominated by boxy units.
