WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give you boost in certain statistics. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by 3. A random extra substat is also boosted alongside each upgrade.

Upgraded gear generally sees more value in trade regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or has a high stat variance (like Eth titan weapons). These types of gear get less value from upgrading due to the necessity to roll for a perfect model.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader allows players to upgrade their gear to a higher item level by providing the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any type of armor or weapons. However, the item that is used to upgrade will be consumed for the duration of time and can't be used again. Upgrades can also be used to create enchantments.

You can upgrade your equipment at any time by visiting the upgrader in any major city. It is recommended to visit the upgrader at least once every couple of weeks to keep your equipment up to date.

The cost of upgrading will vary based on the current item level of the item being upgraded however, they will always be cheaper than buying new gear from other sources. Upgrades such as upgrading a Benthic chest up to 385 ilvl will cost you 20 recycle points. A similar item will cost you 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that can be used to purchase tools, armor, weapon and accessory upgrades. They can be bought by players through item upgrader NPCs in exchange for different currencies, and can be found in random treasure lists. Once an upgrade has been purchased it can be used on any weapon or tool with a button, which will display a preview of the item when it is upgraded if the player has sufficient materials.

Upgrade costs vary depending on the item slot, and the current item upgrade level. For example weapons are more expensive than gloves, bracers or bracers. Each step costs 15 Flightstones plus a set number of crests. Some upgrades offer a discount on the Flightstones. Once an item is upgraded to a certain degree, it can be downgraded and sold to the upgrader for a lower price.

Item upgraders can be found at many locations, including the main island and some outposts. The NPCs offer both an upgrade discount and the chance to obtain a new upgrade recipe. Crests

When it comes to upgrading gear in WoW players have a variety of choices. Once a piece of gear has reached the highest level of upgrade for any rank (Explorer or Adventurer), it no longer requires Flightstones. This change allows players to upgrade their gear to the highest possible ilvl on all their characters, instead of relying on seasonal loot.

Another notable change is that crests only have one use, so it's important to make use of them in a responsible manner.
