Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components

A special item can be used to transform specific Pokemon. The Upgrade can be obtained by spinning a PokeStop's photo disc and is sometimes offered as a reward during Pokemon GO events.

Upgrades can be used on armors, weapons trinkets, weapons, as well as gathering tools to increase the level of their item upgrading. The upgrade costs Flightstones and crests, depending on the kind of item.

Upgrade components

Upgrade components can be added to weapons, armors, trinkets and other tools for gathering in order to add attributes or other bonuses when the equipment is being used. Upgrade components are only available on equipment with an upgrade slot. The majority of upgrade components require that the item being upgraded is above a specific level. Insignias and enchantments will display their names on the hover display of the item while upgrades with suffix and prefix will add their name to the end of the equipment name (e.g., a Radiant Insignia on Tyrian Armor would change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The number of upgrades that are added to an equipment piece will be displayed in the item's tooltip.

Glyphs

Glyphs are special characters that can be inserted into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements like ligatures and fractions, ornaments, swashes, registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs Panel lets you add and view these unique characters, along with regular symbols like em and en dashes as as trademark symbols that are registered.

Each Glyph gives a character a boost in primary stats. The glyph can also have up to four secondary stats that will alter the radius of your Paragon Board. Secondary Stats are a percentage boost that is multiplied by additional bonuses, except for Speed Glyphs that directly increase the speed of the hero.

The Glyphs in your inventory can be activated by selecting them and clicking the "enchant" button. This will display a window with the Glyphs that are available to you. You only need to apply the appropriate Glyph to the item upgrader kit (atavi.com) you are looking for. Each weapon or armor piece comes with a distinct collection of Glyphs.

Glyphs can be upgraded by running Nightmare Dungeons or completing Tree of Whisper quests. The more difficult the Dungeon is, the more Glyph experience you'll gain. Once a Glyph has reached the level 15 it can be upgraded on the Glyph Upgrade Altar. The radius of the Paragon Board increases by one node every 15 levels that a Glyph is upgraded.

Once a glyph has been upgraded to its desired level You can activate it by selecting it, then clicking the "enchant" button. The resulting glyph will give the stated bonus and also boost all the other nodes that are within its radius on the Paragon Board. Glyphs should go in areas that will benefit your building the most. This is why you should prioritise Magic Glyphs as soon as possible. Rare glyphs can also provide double bonuses if certain conditions can be satisfied.

Rerolling
