Best Robot Vacuum and Mop Combos

Robot vacuums and mops are becoming more adept, passing our tests for cleaning and taking on a variety of floor types. Look for models that allow you to choose from a variety of modes, and use their charging docks to self-empty, and clean up stairs.

A lot of the top models work with your smartphone. Look for an application that lets you save maps, schedules and select cleaning modes.

1. Eufy Omni S1 Pro

It has outstanding cleaning performance and hands-off maintenance, making it a clear contender for our top mop and vacuum robots. Its superior mapping capabilities, RGB AI smart recognition and a long side brush guarantee an efficient, customized clean.

The X40 Ultra vacuums well, removing both fine and large debris. It works equally well on carpets and hard floors. It cleaned the dirtiest places of our tests with ease, avoiding pet hairs and other messes. The sweeping capabilities are augmented by a side brush that moves out to tackle difficult-to-reach corners, and an extendable mop pad that deploys alongside baseboards.

Its navigation is smart that can navigate tiny spaces and negotiating stairs without missing a step. It can move from one area to another without reversing direction, which is a handy feature for homes with many rooms. Its obstacle avoidance system is less advanced than some competitors, and leaves a huge margin between obstacles. This could lead to miss-hit spots.

The app features a simple, intuitive interface that should be easy to use for both new and experienced users. The Q5 was one of the few robots that we tested to not have a problem with high-pile area carpets and rugs. However, it was able to not remove kitty-poop or cable tangles. This isn't too surprising because it doesn't include AI-powered obstacle-avoidance.

5. K10 Plus

K10 Plus is one of the quietest robot vacuum that mops vacuums we have tested, it also uses a unique system to map your home, which allows it to get into the corners and tight spaces that other vacuums are unable to reach. The K10 Plus also collects more dust in a larger bin, so you don't have to empty it as often. It also has washable filters which further reduces the expenses associated with using the device.
