Throne and Liberty Gear Upgrades

Upgrades can sometimes increase the stats of a piece of equipment and, sometimes, even add extras. The worth of these upgrades is determined by their tiers, requirements, and the amount of random augmentations used.

For instance, the premium racial shield Razortail is usually upgraded to improve its lightning absorb capability in PvP or to add additional defenses to missile-based designs in PvM. This makes it more exchangeable over the unupgraded version.

Reroll Tokens

Reroll tokens allow you to reroll an acquired item upgrader like a weapon, armor or ring. This allows you to swap the item for a different one similar one and comes with a different set of extra bonuses. Reroll tokens can be a cost-effective method to upgrade equipment. They don't maintain the original equipment's condition and any money wasted aren't rewarded.

Survivors can obtain tokens to reroll in many ways, including through the Mistery Box and rare drops from skulled creatures. They can be found in crates and chests, or purchased at the local store at a cost of 150k each. Reroll tokens can be used to change the attributes of the equipment for example, increasing its damage or granting it a new stat.

Players can reroll their equipment using three attributes that include physical power, magical power, and health. Physical power upgrades boost the damage caused by melee and weapons while spell power improves rings and mage attacks. Health upgrades provide the player with additional health.

There are three kinds of Reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade takes an item upgrader kit to a higher-quality and requires a higher-level reroll token in order to produce it. Upgrades require a regular item. Rare upgrades require an item that is either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker for rerolling, unlike markers or tokens placed on action spaces remains on the space until the next Success is to be rerolled. This is a way to ensure that upgrades are not wasted.

Blueprints are envelopes which appear at the beginning of every preparation phase. They can be opened with Interact by grabbing on to them. Once they're opened, they display a full description and icon of the corresponding Appliance or Ingredient. The restaurant's shop can exchange blueprints for a new appliance or ingredient for an amount of money.

In the course of an event, blueprints may be moved between the Staple Pool and the Non-staple pool based on selected Franchise Cards. This alters the blueprints the restaurant's shop offers to reroll, and those that are in the non-droppable Pool.

Growthstones

In Throne and Liberty, growth stones can be used to upgrade weapons, armor and accessories. These are special stones that boost the level of an item by increasing its stats and abilities. They can be found by visiting Equipment Enchanting NPCs located in the major towns. They can also purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants for a price. They can also be obtained by players who have completed daily contracts.

To upgrade equipment players first need to identify the appropriate item, and then click on the "level up" button. This will display a menu that shows the item's current status and what it will be after being leveled up, along with the required amount of Growth Stones to do so. The amount of Growth Stones required to upgrade a piece of gear will depend on its rarity. Rare (blue), rarer weapons will require more than one Growth Stone, while uncommon armor only requires one Growth Stone.

After selecting the item to upgrade the user must choose the number of Growth Stones that they want to purchase and pay the cost. When the requirements have been fulfilled, the player may select the upgrade button to apply the Growth Stones to the item. The item will be raised in level a certain percentage. Depending on the item's rarity the upgrade process can be as quick as a few seconds to minutes.

The upgrade process is safe and doesn't impact the durability of the item. This makes the system an excellent way for players to gain a significant advantage in combat without straining their bank accounts. By clicking on the "transfer tab" players can transfer their experience and progress of an upgraded item onto a new piece of gear.

For new players, it can be difficult to acquire Growth Stones. There are a variety of methods to get these stones. You can finish contracts and purchase them from Contract Coin Merchants, defeat Abyssal Contracts, obtain them from Equipment Stone Seal Book or collect them from reward chests during the Ancient Arena Season. Additionally players can also break down higher-level Growth Stones to create multiple lower-level ones.

Leveling

Leveling is an option that allows players to increase the stats of their weapons, armor, helms, and trinkets. The Upgrade Station lets you combine an item with upgrade materials and then pay a fee in Happy Tickets or Happy Stars. The process will use up the upgrade materials and give the item a higher level, granting the item an additional boost in the area. This process can be repeated until the highest level of an item is attained.

Items that have upgraded stats will display a blue icon beside their slot. Unlike enchantments, however, upgrade components don't stack with one another, and can only be added to a single item at one time. Each upgrade component requires a certain number of items as well as a certain equipment level.

The Upgrade Station is divided into two slots. On the left side, players can choose to add items to be upgraded. On the right side, previews show what the gear will look like at its next level. Pressing the yellow arrow once the player has enough materials will start the upgrading process.

A piece of gear can be upgraded a maximum of five times. Every time the item is upgraded, its base stats will increase by a small percentage. The maximum level of an item is 19.

When an item reaches its maximum level that it can no longer have the option of upgrading. Once a piece of equipment attains a certain upgrade track (e.g. Upgrades for the Veteran or Explorer track ) they will be discounted.

Upgrade components are a type of equipment that can be put into weapons, armor trinkets and gathering tools to provide an attribute bonus or extra effect when the equipment is being used. They can be bought from vendors, looted or obtained through questing or exchanged between players. Upgrade components can be replaced with new ones, but doing so will destroy the previous upgrade, excluding for glyphs which can be removed and replaced freely.

Requirements

Upgrades to items give players the ability to boost certain stats on weapons and armor that they currently have. The requirements to upgrade an item will vary based on the type of item upgrading however, generally you'll require Dilithium and a number of Upgrade Tokens (various options are available).

The upgrade items can be used to make sets and weapons for added effects or a higher level of the item. These upgrades can be obtained from various sources in the game, such as crafting, purchased at the Trading Post or karma vendors or looted from bosses or raids, or collected from dungeons. Once an upgrade element is inserted into an item, it isn't able to be removed or changed without restriction, however, the glyphs used in gathering tools can be swapped without restriction.

The upgrade of an item can boost its Mark Level and/or Rarity. Certain upgrade components have additional modifiers that can boost the item's statistics.

For instance, the helm upgrade "Foundation of the Sun" boosts the base defense, and also gives an additional 20% chance of blocking. The dps "Wildfire", however increases damage to weapons.

Certain items benefit from upgrading less for their increased stats, but more for the fact that it lets players get the maximum amount of value from a perfect roll on the item. For instance, a perfectly rolled 200/6 504 armor set piece is highly sought-after in the melee PvP community and could be worth 20-50x the non-upp'd version.

When you select an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will show an in-game window that lists the requirements required for that item. These include the type of item (either Armor or Weapon) the tier of that item, the upgrade Item Token required, and the amount of progress needed to complete the upgrade.

Once you've satisfied the conditions for upgrading The game will then place the item in your inventory and the progress bar will change to show how close you are to completing the upgrade. You can also check the status of an upgrade by visiting any NPC that upgrades items.
