Similar to the S8 It also has multi-room smart mapping, and can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. And, if you want to cut down on time, it can skip mopping in rooms that aren't dirty. If you're looking for a versatile robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle regular maintenance and touch-ups on messy messes that are wet, this robot is a great choice. It has a decent suction capacity and can be programmed to take pictures of each object it finds (i.e. chew toys socks, chew toys) and mark them in the app as 'not found' to ensure that they are not removed in future cleanings. The photos are encrypted and not tied to you account.

It does a great job of vaccuming, but it isn't as effective at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that clip onto the bot's bottom, and then drags them across your floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra and Narwhal models, which have water reservoirs that can automatically wash and reattach their mopheads.
