I found it in some highbrow Reddit thread (buried afterward 7 remarks deep under an ad for crypto). Its not on the App Store, but their site walks you through a workaround. Sketchy? A little. But it works.
Pros:

No watermarks.

Saves in HD. Legit 1080p+.

Audio stays in sync (youd be surprised how scarce that is).

Cons:

Annoying setup.

Sometimes fails silently, later than it acts following it saved but nada.

Interface looks in the same way as Windows XP met a MySpace theme.

Still... its my go-to. I even have a shortcut widget.

Why doesnt Instagram just allow us get this? I mean, TikTok lets you save gone audio (sorta), but IG acts once Reels are nuclear opening codes. Wild.
