WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades give a guaranteed boost to certain stats. Each upgrade increases the level of the Item Level Upgrade by +3. A random substat is also increased with each upgrade.

Upgraded gear is generally more valuable, unless the item upgrades has low requirements by nature (like FB sorc shields) or a high stat variance (like Eth Titan weapons). Upgrades are not as useful for the latter due to the need to roll a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The upgrader for items allows players to upgrade gear to a higher level by supplying the appropriate currency to the NPC. Upgrades can be applied to any kind of armor or weapon. The item upgrader kit used to upgrade the item will be consumed and cannot be used again. Upgrades can be used to create the enchantments.

The upgrader can be found in all major cities and is accessible at any time to upgrade your gear. It is recommended that you visit the upgrader at least once every few weeks to ensure that your equipment is up to date.
