The City Select 2 was released in the summer of 2021 and replaces the older City Select and City Select LUX strollers. It has 24 seating options and is able to convert to a triple stroller with the addition of the glider board (second seat and car seat separately). The stroller is a quarter of a pound lighter and weighs slightly less than the previous models. It also has a great selection of accessories including the belly bar (included in the Eco Collection version), second seat, handmuff for parents and a console for parents.

The majority of our testers who were parents loved the large storage basket that can hold a lot of equipment. They also appreciated how easily reclined the seats and that there was plenty of legroom for both kids. The brake pedal is easy to access and can be operated using one hand. Although the stroller is a little long and harder to maneuver, it is worth the extra space for parents who prefer spacious strollers.

Another feature we love is that the City Select 2 is compatible with Baby Jogger, Britax, Graco, Chicco and Maxi-Cosi infant car seats (adapters sold separately). This means that you can use a single stroller for sale or double stroller from birth until well past toddlerhood.

This stroller may not be cheap but it is likely to be the only one you ever need. If you are able to afford it, we think it's worth the cost. This is especially true when you consider the quality and durability of the design. The finish is beautiful and the connections to the fabric are strong without being rumpled. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 was the most easy to turn and push. The Mountain Buggy Nano took a bit more effort, but performed well in our tests. Its simple design and affordable price make it a great choice for parents looking for a jogger for travel that is easy to carry, lift, and to store.

Mockingbird
