Hello everyone.
On June 8th in Copenhagen,
MSC Euribia was christened!
The godmother, Ms. Sophia Loren, blew kisses to the audience and said, "I love you greatly...".
On the morning of the naming ceremony, champagne bottles were set up on the starboard side.
If you look closely,
you can see it hanging next to the ship's logo.
Now,
I'll share my stay on MSC Euribia.
I've listed three sparkling and thrilling experiences.
* Sparkling experience #1
When you think of MSC Cruises, this is it. They also have it on the Bellissima. (ⓒAyako Yoshida) The central staircase is lavishly decorated with Swarovski crystals to make it shine. (ⓒAyako Yoshida) It's so bright and dangerous,
so I always use the handrail.
*Sparkling experience #2
The restaurant is no less impressive.
When you enter the entrance...
There's a display case like this.
Wine, glasses, and lights!
Everything is new and shiny. You can even see Caterali's face in it.
The brand new facilities on board are really nice. This is the casino bar. The kids' area is also colorful.
Is this on board? (Like an arcade)
The indoor pool is also quiet in the morning.
The cafes and shops on the ship's promenade were all open without a hitch.

Are new ships prone to trouble at the beginning?
Perhaps because the shipping company has frequent sailings,
there were no major problems on this ship.
There was only some cargo that had yet to arrive, such as oatmeal and egg stands.
*Exciting experience #1
They made their own mozzarella cheese every day!

We started work at the buffet at 10am.
It's an Italian ship, after all.
Next to the cheese factory, I also found my favorite black pizza. The charcoal in the dough is said to absorb toxins from the body. *Exciting experience #2 Foreign ships have also come this far.
Swipe either side of the "Japanese" section.
The language changes in an instant.
In addition to English, Italian, French, German, Spanish, and Portuguese,
there is Japanese and Chinese.
The evacuation drill is broadcast in six languages,
but the signs for the ship's facilities are in two more languages.
And Japanese is also in the cabins.
*Exciting experience #3
The naming ceremony was held in this theater.
Many local Danish officials were also invited.
There was a show by a local ballet company,
a speech from a UNICEF Goodwill Ambassador, and a pop concert. (This video respects portrait rights) (©Ayako Yoshida) This British singer passionately performed her smash hit song, "True." It's a nostalgic song that used to be played during cheek-to-cheek dancing. Even if you don't know the name of the song, you've probably heard it at least once. Hmm, what's the name of the singer? Neither I nor my husband, nor a couple of friends nearby, can remember it... Well, it's a common thing, but it's something that just keeps bothering me... After the naming ceremony, I decided to ask the tall man sitting in front of me. I tapped him on the shoulder, and he immediately turned around. "What?" "Wow!" To my surprise, the man was a former crew member of the Crystal Harmony (now Asuka II). He was a guest service and receptionist. "Are you working for MSC Cruises now?" No. He is currently the chief of passenger ship reception in the port of Copenhagen. Apparently, his Portuguese boyfriend is living here after marrying a Danish man he met on the Harmony. It was our first reunion in 32 years. At first, there were no Japanese crew members at the reception of the Harmony, so I was sent from the first Asuka. If I had known the singer's name, I would never have spoken to him. (I'm glad I couldn't remember it.) This cruise ship has such "excitement". I really think it's wonderful. By the way. He answered the singer's name right away. Tony Hadley He also performed the famous song "Gold". The whole audience stood up and started dancing. His overwhelming singing ability is still amazing even at over 60 years old! *Finally
The dessert at the naming ceremony dinner was called "Blue Ocean". (ⓒAyako Yoshida) I pointed my camera at it and the QR code was read.
Recipe explanation & environmental commitment
It is a heartwarming dessert that uses environmentally friendly cocoa.
This ship aims to achieve zero greenhouse gas emissions, and it made me rethink about the environment.
I want to continue doing what I can in my daily life, little by little.
Recyclable items that had been unloaded were lined up at the stern of the ship.
