Pokemon GO Upgrade Items and Components

An upgrade item upgrades is a special item that makes certain Pokemon develop. The upgrade can be obtained by spinning a PokeStop photo disc. It is sometimes offered as a prize during Pokemon GO events.

They offer fewer bonuses than other types of upgrade component. Infusions can be utilized on legendary and non-amulet items, while enrichments are able to be used on ascended back equipment. The majority of upgrade components can be replaced if they are inserted into an item, but doing so can destroy the previous upgrade. Exceptions are glyphs (which can only be inserted into gathering tools) and enchantments, which are able to be removed and put back in.

Insignias and enchantments will show their names in the hover display of the item, while upgrades with suffix and prefix will add their name to the end of the equipment's name (e.g. an Radiant Insignia on Tyrian Armor would change the name to Radiant Tyrian Armor). The tooltip of an item will show the number of upgrade components that have been added to it.

Glyphs

Glyphs are special characters that can be inserted into an OpenType font to add functional or decorative elements like ligatures, fractions, ornaments, swashes registered trademark symbols and ellipses. The Glyphs Panel lets you insert and upgrade items examine these special characters, as well as regular symbols like em and en dashes as well as registered trademark symbols.

Each Glyph gives a character a boost in primary stats. It also includes up to four secondary stats that affect the radius of the glyph on your Paragon Board. If you're having difficulty finding a particular glyph, click the cycle widget on the Glyphs panel to show the panel in a variety of views. Each of these views shows the Glyphs using a different font. You can narrow down the list of glyphs further using an option beneath "Entire Font": for example, punctuation only shows punctuation glyphs; Math symbols narrows the choice to mathematical symbols.

Rerolling
