You do have to fit the hood and seat liner by yourself however, we found it was not difficult. It simply requires some patience when you are feeding the harness straps into the slits in the padded seat liner. There's a medium-sized storage pouch attached to the back of the seat, but it wouldn't be large enough for changing bags.

The Out 'n' About Nipper Sport V4 is suitable for use from birth. However, it's advised to wait until the child is six-months-old before using it to run. This is due to the fact that the harness isn't strong enough to comfortably hold newborns, so you'll need to purchase a separate carrycot or insert for newborns.
