World of Warcraft Item Upgrade

Item upgrade is an evolution item that first appeared in Generation II. This special item allows Porygon to transform into Porygon2 if traded while held.

Reroll tokens

Reroll tokens allow players to reroll an item that's currently equipped by a particular unit. After rerolling, the item upgrades will be exchanged with an equivalent level 1 version of the same item, however, with different bonuses, and a different kind of equipment (such as cups, knives watches, books, or cups). Rerolling an item can raise its ilvl in certain cases. Rerolling an item is only helpful in the case of items with a rare affix.

Rerolling an item resets the base power, as well as all upgrades, and rerolls the substats on top of that. This is helpful when a ring's substats not what the player wants or if a band's maximum power was less than desired.
