WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades provide a guaranteed boost to specific stats. Each upgrade increases Item Level Upgrade (Https://Instapages.Stream) level by +3. A random additional substat is also boosted alongside each upgrade.

Upgraded gear generally sees more value in trade regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB sorc's shield) or has a high stat variation (like the eth titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as useful for those with lower requirements because of the requirement to roll the perfect version.

This is especially applicable to items like rings and trinkets that occupy multiple slots. The discount for the entire account will only apply when all slots on the character are filled with high-quality gear.
