WoW Upgrades - The item Upgrader kit Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a boosts in certain stats. Each upgrade boosts the level of an item by 3. A random extra substat is also added to every upgrade.

The more modernized gear generally has a greater value for trade as long as it meets low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or a very high stat variance (like Eth titan weapons). Upgrades are less important for the latter because of the requirement to roll a perfect version.

Upgrades will cost more depending on the item level, however, they are always less expensive than purchasing new equipment. For instance, upgrading a chest piece from Benthic to ilvl 385 will cost 20 recycle points purchasing a similar piece from another player will costs 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that can be used to purchase weapons, armor, tools and accessory upgrades. Players can purchase them through NPCs who sell upgrades to item owners for a variety of currencies.
