iRobot suggests cleaning up the area where the i3+ EVO vacuums prior to using it. This includes getting rid of any toys or clutter it may encounter. The Roomba I7+ is able to map rooms more efficiently with Imprint Smart Mapping. It also integrates with the iRobot Home app to let you schedule cleaning tasks and control your robot using voice or via the app.

The i7+ is more efficient and more maneuverable in our tests compared to the eufy RoboVac G30. It also removed large pet hair pieces from any surface, including carpeting. Its biggest advantage over the eufy, though the dust bin is self-emptying that eliminates a major source of maintenance and lowers the cost of maintenance.

We were also impressed by the i7+'s integration with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant AI services which we used to instruct the robot to begin, stop or pause its cleaning sessions and to move around the room and vacuum a specific space. Connecting the i7+ to these services was simple and easy with the iRobot Home app. Once connected, to voice commands to the i7+ such as "Hey Alexa vacuum the master bedroom." The iRobot Home App also offers options to manage i7+ settings and monitoring the performance.

3. Dyson Cyclone V10

In a world full of cordless vacs that feel like minivans or buses, this tiny Dyson model is an automobile.
