WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades will give you a an increase in certain statistics. Each upgrade increases item upgrading level by 3. Each upgrade also boosts a random substat.

Upgraded gear generally sees greater value for trade regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or has a high stat variation (like Eth titan weapons). Upgrades aren't as useful for those with lower requirements because of the requirement to roll an exact version.
