If you're on a tight budget and don't need a stroller that can double into a car seat carrier, the Babyzen Yoyo is a good option. It comes with a flip-flop-friendly one-step footbrake.

It performed better in our push and turn test than many of the other strollers we tested, but was still difficult to maneuver over uneven ground or through narrow doors.
