The Babyzen Yoyo stroller is a good option if you are on a tight budget and don't require a stroller which can also be used as car seat carriers. It has a simple, one-step foot brake that's flip-flop comfortable.

It's simple to push, and it feels solid when you are walking along woodland paths and kerbs. Plus, it's a dream to fold.

1. Babyzen YOYO2

The Babyzen YOYO2 has earned a reputation as the ultimate lightweight single stroller stroller, both for city dwellers as for jet-setters. The Xplore comes with two canopy options that can rotate from front to back, offering adequate sun protection for all family members. It has a smaller footwell than other wagons. This might not be suitable for long journeys or naps.

The frame on the Xplore feels sturdy and solid but it doesn't have as much flexibility as other wagons we tested. It is also more difficult to fold than some of the competitors and it doesn't lock tightly when folded. It is easy to maneuver however, and can be able to fit through narrow 28-inch doors.

3. Delta Children LX Side-by-Side

This basic double stroller from Delta Children is an excellent choice for parents looking for an affordable, second-hand travel stroller. It scored highly in our Strollers & Multiples Test for weight and fold dimensions. This means it's lightweight and compact when folded and easy to move and store in a trunk for your car. It also comes with an adjustable reclining seat that can be positioned in several positions as well as a cup holder for the parent. Other key features include 360-degree shock-absorbing front wheels and two large hanging storage bags.

It did better in our push and turn test than most of the other strollers we tested, but was nonetheless difficult to maneuver on uneven ground or through narrow doors. The sunshades it has were among the smallest of all strollers we tested. They only cover the top of the stroller and do not feature peekaboo windows. The UPPAbaby G-Link 2 and Zoe Twin+ have larger canopies.

The Delta took us just under 3 minutes to assemble with an average manual and all of the components required tools. It's lacking certain features we consider essential in a double stroller. These include an extra-large basket, reclining seats, and leg rests that can be adjusted.

4. Maxi-Cosi Zelia 2-in-1

The front wheels can to be locked in a forward position, or they can pivot. This is helpful in rough terrain. While walking along the stony path we let them move and it performed well although it did seem a little bumpier than others on test.

5. Baby Jogger City Tour 2

Baby Jogger is known for their all-terrain, 3-wheeler pushchairs for jogging, but they also have a wide selection of 4-wheel strollers. City Tour 2 is their most loved model. It is easy to fold and fits easily in the car's boot even with an attached carrycot.

It weighs more than other strollers we've test, but since it comes with rubber composite wheels, it feels sturdy and well-constructed. It maneuvers expertly across different types of terrain. It's easy to move, even when loaded with two kids and shopping bags.

Both the seat and the carrycot come with hoods that are able to be lower to reveal the UV50and sun canopy extensions. They are water-resistant and durable unlike other pram hoods that get whipped back into toddlers' faces.

It doesn't have a lot of storage space, but it does come with a huge basket that's big enough to hold a changing bag and plenty of food items. You can also connect it with the Baby Jogger infant car seat to create a travel system for babies up to 20 lb (car seat and adapters are sold separately). If you require a stroller that can be taken on the road, then the City Tour 2 is an excellent choice.

6. Nuna Mixx Next

Nuna Mixx was a stroller that captured the hearts of a large number of parents when it first debuted. It is an aluminium-framed stroller that can be used from infant's earliest days through. It's got a few notable features, including the ability to flip the seat from parent to world-facing, a huge UPF 50+ canopy that has an eye-shade that flips out and a spacious basket as well as an adjustable handlebar.
