WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades can give you an increase in certain statistics. Each upgrade increases the level of the item level upgrade by +3. Each upgrade also increases the random substatus.

Upgraded gear generally sees greater value for trade regardless of whether it has low requirements (like the FB shield of the sorc) or a very high stat variation (like the eth titan weapons). Upgrades are not as valuable for the latter due to the requirement to roll a perfect version.
