Robot vacuum cleaners and mops are a great method of quickly cleaning up messes. The best robotic mop and vacuum robot vacs and mops I've tested have top-notch mapping and navigation, picking up Cheerios wires, tangled wires and fake dog turds with out leaving them behind.

They're also user-friendly using an app that lets you schedule cleaning tasks and check on how they're up to.

1. Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra

If you're looking for the top robot vacuum and mop combination with cutting-edge features you should consider the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. This top-of-the-line model is quick and agile, picking up debris like human hair and pet hair almost perfectly in our Debris Pickup Test. It also comes with a stylish app interface with a mini map of your home and a few on-screen buttons to allow manual control.

Another notable characteristic of the S8 is its ability to change its cleaning mode in accordance with dirt levels, thanks to its Dirt Detection technology. It will stop and wash its mopping pad more often when it encounters dust, while prioritizing carpeted areas for mopping with a damp pad.

The Ecovacs Deebot X2 Combo Complete is a home cleaning solution. Its advanced mopping features the ability to rotate in a manner like hand scrubbing which results in floors that are truly cleaned and not just cleaned. The detachable stick vacuum is a game-changer that allows you to get into places that a robotic vacuum can't.

The model is basically identical to the popular X2 Omni, but with an increased suction power of 8700Pa, and a few additional intelligent features. Its navigation system was efficient. It stayed clear of stairs and navigated close to walls without crashing. However, it did struggle with fine engrained debris and was not always able to get rid of raised thresholds for rooms. Its operating noise level is also high, which suggests it could be a less reliable set-and-forget model than other models.

Like most robotic vacuums and mops the S1 Pro comes with a docking station that lets you refill its clean water as well as empty its dustbin and mop pad, and wash and dry its mop. This makes maintenance easier and lets the S1 Pro spend more time cleaning floors in line with a regular schedule. Eufy's application lets you manage all of its functions. 6. S10

A few hundred dollars less than the S8 This robot does a bang-up job of keeping my office tidy and is able to take on the corners of my tight apartment. It utilizes a laser mapping system and camera to create a 3D-map of your home, so it knows what to avoid. It has an object/obstacle detector that can avoid things like dog bowls and toys (but not the poop) unlike other vacuums.

It also comes with other highlights, such as an automatic emptying dustbin and a mop pad self-washing and able to adjust the temperature of water and a side-reaching sweeper brush that can get to areas other mops miss. You can also set up cleaning schedules within the app and adjust the settings for each room of your home.

Like the S8, it has multi-room smart mapping that can differentiate between carpets, laminate and hardwood rugs with high-pile. It can also skip cleaning rooms that aren't filthy if you're trying to save time. It's a great option for those who have a variety of flooring in your home but don't want to spend the extra money on Roborock. Roborock with advanced mapping features.

7. Q5 Pro

If you're looking for a flexible robot vacuum and mop that is able to handle both regular daily maintenance as well as touch-ups to wet messes, this little robot is a great choice. It has a range of features, including a self emptying dustbin as well as a dock that can be used to refill water, and adjustable settings through the app. It's surprisingly quiet and is able to easily move around furniture legs or socks. It's not able to pick up the tangled tassels of a rug and it drains its battery more quickly than other models we tested.

The Q5 Pro, with a price of less than $250, is a powerhouse that comes with an impressive suction and easy automation in a sleek design. It didn't perform as well as the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra in our vacuuming tests, but overall it did quite well. It also comes with a variety of cleaning modes to meet your needs, from the low-power 'Quiet' option for lightweight debris to the more powerful 'Turbo' option for carpeted rooms. It can even automatically remove and reattach the mop pads, Best Robot Vacuum Cleaner and Mop and not leave your carpets soaked.

8. K10 Plus

The K10 Plus is an excellent robot mop and vacuum that can be used even in small areas. It's extremely quiet and speedy, and it does a good job of getting around tight spots. It's also excellent in removing pet hair from carpeting.

It's smaller than its rivals however, it doesn't compromise any features. It has a decent amount of suction power and it's possible to take a photo of each object it picks up (i.e., chew toys or socks) and mark them as 'not found in the app to ensure that they won't be picked up during future cleanings. The photos are secure and aren't linked to your account.

It is great at vacuuming, but not so well at mopping. It makes use of disposable wipes that clip onto the bottom of the bot and drags them across the floor. Compare this to the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra or Narwhal that have reservoirs of water, and can automatically wash and attach their mophead.
