Mamas & Papas all terrain travel system Terrain Prams

An all terrain pram is one designed to deal with rough surfaces such as cobblestones, woodland walks, and muddy fields. They are made with large rubber all-terrain tyres in contrast to standard pushchairs all terrain, which use tyres filled with air.

These seats are often reverse-able (parent or world-facing) and can accommodate the carrycot or car seat. They should be light and easy to fold, so they can be used when travelling.

The Mamas & Papas Ocarro is an excellent pushchair for any family looking for an all terrain pram. It's sturdy and large, with dual suspension, large wheels, and a comfortable lay-flat seat for a comfortable sleep. It also includes a sun canopy with a rain cover, as well as a cup holder for all your outing needs. The Ocarro is easy to steer and is easy to fold. It takes just 5 minutes, and the handle has been shaped for ultimate control.

The Ocarro comes with a variety of features to keep baby happy including a head cushion and padding for the chest. It also comes with multiple recline positions, including flat recline to ensure healthy napping on the go, and can be used in the forward or facing position. The design is really beautiful and the fabrics are luxurious. The brown leather trim around the handles and bumper bar was my preferred. It is suitable for babies and comes with everything you need for your big adventures. The carrycot features an easy lie-flat and an apron with magnetic clasps that fold away quickly and quietly. It also comes with an air vent and hood to keep baby cosy throughout the year.

2. Cybex Avi

The Cybex AVI is a stroller for running that lets you and your child to run comfortably. It is light, easy to steer and has a unique frontwheel that is able to be locked. The adapters available allow it to be used with any Cybex infant car seat or gb infant vehicle.

Avi is also offered in "One Box", which includes the frame and seat, and the canopy all in one box. This makes it very easy to assemble and can save you time and money.

This is a top choice for parents who are serious about their running and who want to stay active with their kids. It is designed to run with infants from birth and can be used with any Cybex or gb car seat. It comes with a single-pull harness tightening mechanism that is easy and quick and also comes with an inbuilt foot brake to give maximum control.

It features a streamlined, air-filled tire design and a soft and adjustable sports seat. It also features reflective details to increase visibility and an XL sun canopy that offers UPF 50+ protection.

It is not recommended for use on rocky or hard surfaces as it is not designed to be used in a reclined position suitable for infants. It is only suitable for walking, not jogging or even running.

3. BOB Sport Utility

BOB Sport Utility is the ideal stroller for outdoor adventures that are off the beaten track. It has a fixed front tire for extra stability when walking or running. It also has pneumatic knobby wheels on high-impact polymer rims as well as a handbrake for greater control downhill. It is also easy to transport and store thanks to its two-step folding system. The stroller for babies includes an adjustable handlebar that can be adjusted to fit parents of all heights and a large canopy that has a peek-a-boo window that lets you monitor your baby. It can even be paired with a car seat for your infant to make the ultimate travel system.

The only downside to the BOB Sport Utility is its maneuverability, which earned it the score of 6 out of 10. The stroller isn't easy to turn in tight areas, like stores and cafes, as it requires you to tilt it back. The stroller is easy to push on flat surfaces thanks to its excellent roll and adjustable track.

This stroller comes with single-action brakes that are easy and sandal to use for your feet. The stroller also features a deceleration brake that allows you to effortlessly slow down when running, and eases pressure on your feet. This feature comes with one drawback that you must remove the brake handle to turn it on. This can be frustrating during the run.

BOB has adapters for accessories which allow you to use a variety of infant car seats with the stroller. This is a great choice if you have multiple children. From removing the BOB Sport utility to being ready to go, it took us 5 minutes and 24 seconds.

4. Cybex Aton

Cybex is well-known for its high-quality seats and simple-to-use features. This seat is not an exception. It is among our most loved car seats for infants. This is due to its design and the fact that it can be used with most Cybex strollers and some from other brands too for a Travel System. The seat also comes with great safety features.

In our infant Car Seats test, the Cybex Aton scored above average for both backward-facing and forward-facing installation as well as the ease of use. It has an adjustable headrest that can be adjusted to 11 different height positions and a no-rethread strap to make it easier to keep the straps adjusted as your child grows. Cybex seats come with an extra load-leg at the base to reduce the chance of a crash causing rotation and provides anti-rebounding safety to keep your child in center.

The Aton is iSize-approved since birth and can be used in conjunction with Cybex Base M for an added layer of security. It also features an innovative side-impact protection that redirects and absorbs the forces of a collision. Unfortunately, the Aton's narrow shell might not fit compact cars as well as some other models. Its canopy isn't as large and doesn't have a peek-aboo window.

A second problem is the cost. This is an expensive seat, particularly when you consider that it performed better than most other seats in our tests. There are many more excellent seats at a lower cost.
