The low handle of the Cloud is a disadvantage however, as it's at knee level and isn't adjustable. It's difficult to push while your legs are dangling like that. The lack of padding doesn't make it any easier.

It also has independently reclined seats and large all-weather SPF50 sun visors with windows that peek out and extra-large under-seat storage bags. Jeep's swivel wheel system is also great for navigating over bumps and uneven terrain. This stroller doesn't accept car seats. Summer 3D Pac CS+ for infants

If you're looking for a stroller that is lightweight but also loaded with features, look no further than Summer Infant 3D Pac CS+. It's not just incredibly light at 13 pounds but also comes with plenty of storage in the form of child and parent cup holders, a sippy cup for children pocket, a parent storage pocket, and more. This stroller can also be used with a child's car seat and has a brake that flips that is easy to engage. This stroller is designed to expand as your child grows. It can be transformed from a baby to a toddler stroller by attaching the car seat adapters (sold separately) and it's suitable for children ages 6 months and up.

This stroller only has swivel wheels and no locking capability which means it won't be the best option for rocky or steep terrain. It's still a good option for families with children, since it can be easily maneuvered on pavements and other smooth surfaces.
