Path of Exile Item Upgrading

In Path of Exile, item upgrading is among the most effective ways to upgrade your gear without relying on large-ticket drops or trade. This article will help you understand how to upgrade your items.

Upgrades to equipment give an increase in the item's stats. This bonus is based on the upgrade component's level and rarity.

Components

Upgrade components are the items that make your weapons and armor better. You can acquire them by the destruction of enemies, finding them in spheres of items or buying them from karma dealers.
